I’ve heard good things about San Diego before, but after this wedding, it’s the newest on my list of favorite places. I will be back one day. Orange groves, perfect weather all the time, to my knowledge there are ONLY amazing people there (I mean, that’s who I was hanging out with… sooooo). Jason & Sarah really were a treat to work with, and they really made the trip so easy to make. Cross country is a long haul, but for these two it was truly my pleasure. I have said this on occasion about other couples I have been blessed to work with, but truly, peace abounded on their wedding day. There was no stress. There was no worry. This is my favorite kind of wedding to be a part of: when a bride and groom see through the chair covers, cake toppers, and center pieces, metaphorically speaking, and see straight to one another’s love. Nothing can rock their boat on wedding day because they see what matters most and nothing else comes close. Sounds mushy but it’s quite real and as someone who’s job it is to be observant, I notice. And not only do I notice, but I appreciate. So thank you! Some details about the day: Videographer Jake Machado was tearing up the place with me, climbing on stuff, giving 110%, the food from Rubio’s Fresh Mexican Grille was a….wait for it…. mazing, and Sarah’s beautiful dress from Casablanca Bridal was complimented perfectly by her flowers from Rosemary-Duff Florist! (I’m trying to be more responsible with linking good vendors…. can you tell?) Well scroll down, already! And hey, as an added bonus, you can finally meet the girl who greets you first on my home page slideshow! Now you’re friends.
A must see! Beautiful!
